URBANE BASIC

Starting at $150 per hr. 

(No set-up. Open floor. Normally requested for meditation, yoga, dance/fitness workshop)

 Smaller space available.

Room 1 – $30 per hr. (Open Space)

Room 2 – $50 per hr. (Private Office Space)

Room 3 – $40 per hr. (“Open Use”)

Room 4 – $25 per hr. (Photo Shot – Open Area, etc)

 URBANE BUSINESS BASIC

Starting at $200 per hr. 

(Includes 10, 6 ft tables, 30 chairs, podium, speakers, 75 in TV. Additional seating and tables available at additional charge)

 URBANE BUSINESS PREMIUM

Starting at $300 per hr.

(Includes everything in Business Basic, plus snacks, water, ice, cups, and napkins) Additional chairs may be added if needed for an additional charge.

Lunch set-up available:

Starting at $250 per hr.

(Includes 30 chairs set in stadium seating, speakers, and 2 changing rooms) Additional chairs may be added if needed for an additional charge.
